See? She doesn't look like Static AT ALL! I even included a little Static to show just how NOT alike they look! Again, sarcasm. 'Stacy' is Static's human form. They're one and the saaaame. Clearly, they have NO relation to each other-- Okay, fine, enough playing around~... Stacy is Static in human form. Her little birdy self is too exotic to pass of as a normal breed and she doesn't fare well in a Pokeball- in my fic that may never be written, they managed to create new Pokeballs with some Apricorns from a certain island and technology... Sooo she startled everyone by turning into this form! The cover story is that she's Robert Chateau's cousin (he's my 'Rotom' OC for the fic) and that she's mute.
